This spring another military man phoned from IRAQ, (this is our third Iraq call) His credentials are impeccable. He is the DEPUTY DIRECTOR for the UNITED STATES' STATE DEPARTMENT for POLICE OPERATIONS IN IRAQ FOR INTERNATIONAL LAW AND DRUG ENFORCEMENT and is TRAINING THE IRAQI POLICE FORCE!! He now is another extremely satisfied Aachen Dutch Shepherd owner! When people take the time out of their days to call here and RESERVE ONE OF OUR PUPS, no matter where they phone from, put especially from overseas in a war zone, OVER HALF A WORLD AWAY~now THAT's saying alot, without having to say anything more.

We have had three referrals from these professional dog handlers and breeders~this is the facility that not only acquired the pup for their personal dog, but is also planning to eventually use him in their military working dog breeding program. Jeeter is now 13 months old.
..."Hello again. I thought I'd send you a few pics of Jeeter and also let you know how he is doing. All in all, I could not have asked for a better dog. He has been great. Simply great. The only limit on his training would be my knowledge. He will go as far as I will take him, and then some. He has a great personality, he has the most kid like and playful personality when he is off the training field, and yet, when it is time to work, he switches right over to a serious mode, (no matter what the task) and gets the job done. I haven't done it with him in awhile, but he turned out to be a pheonominal tracker. He is also great with kids and other people, and also very stable in a city envirorment. He also is not distracted by loud noises like gunfire, horns, etc... He is an all around great dog. Off the training field, and on it. Keep up the great work with breeding some good dogs! As you can see in the photos I attached he turned to be a very fine looking boy...Once again, I couldn't have asked for a better dog. I also attached a link to a video we just made promoting our training, and you will see the training that he and our pups go through. (a litte direction) When you are on the page, just scroll down and it will be the video on the "right" side titled " Bitework Training". It's about eleven minutes long. If you want to know anything else just let me know!! BestRegards, Joe
We drove from California to pick up our pup and let me tell you it has been well worth it. We met with the breeder and they are fantastic people. Thor is 8 months old now Born 1/3/08 and weighs in at 70lbs Very alert and very, very smart. He is an excellent example of good breeding practice and proper care when very young. I would recommend Aachen Dutch Sheperds to any one that is serious about the Breed. Thanks again for a great Dutchie. Thought I would send a couple of picks of Thor, you can get an idea how he is doing. What wonderful dog! At our last veterinary visit he weighed in at 70 pounds at 8 months~what a fantastic dog Big ,Strong, Fast and Smart! Thanks Bud&Cherie
Here's a note from another of our Aachen Dutch Shepherd puppy owners~..."a few weeks ago we took Maverick out into the FL woods for a 2 mile hike, to get him used to the terrain for search and rescue training. we got 2 miles into the woods and turned around to head back, without any training or commands he put his nose straight to the ground and tracked his way straight back to the car through 2 miles of confusing trails in the woods with lots of optional turns in the paths. We were so proud of him, or should we say proud of you and your dogs for breeding such a naturally talented pup! He was definitely bred for work because he listens so much better when we're working and is very enthusiastic. When we do bite work training he is very determined and doesn't back down for anything.
